Straight answers to everything patients ask before they decide

General

How do I book an appointment?

Book via LINE @pureandbright, call 089-171-8100 or complete the form on the booking page. Our team confirms the time during opening hours. Walk-ins are welcome, but booked appointments see the doctor first.

Is the doctor consultation free?

Yes. The first consultation is free of charge. If blood tests or further investigations are needed, we explain the costs so you can decide first.

How do I get there, and is there parking?

The clinic is at 283/1 Sutthisan Winitchai Road, Huai Khwang, a few minutes' walk from MRT Sutthisan. There is parking in front of the clinic and nearby. If you are coming by car, let us know in advance so we can reserve a space.

What are your opening hours?

Opening hours are as shown on the contact page: Mon–Sat 9:00 AM–6:30 PM. Book in advance to secure a convenient time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, bank transfer, PromptPay and Visa, Mastercard and JCB credit cards. A receipt is issued in the clinic's name every time.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, with participating banks' credit cards: 0% instalments subject to each bank's conditions and the minimum amount under [clinic policy]. Ask at reception for details before treatment.

International patients

Which languages do you speak?

The doctor communicates in Thai, English and Japanese. Chinese and Korean are served through an interpreter or translation chat. Please book in advance so we can arrange the interpreter.

What documents should I bring?

Your passport or ID card, a list of your medication and medical conditions, and your most recent health check results if you have them. For surgery or hair transplants, the clinic carries out pre-procedure blood tests on site.

How many days do I need to stay in Bangkok?

After lasers, injectables and IV therapy you can travel the next day. For a hair transplant we recommend 3–5 days for wound washing and follow-up. Most surgery needs 7–10 days for suture removal and wound checks. The doctor confirms the number of days for your procedure.

Can you issue documents in English?

Yes. Medical certificates, treatment summaries and receipts are issued in English on request, for insurance claims or continuing care in your home country.

Safety

Are the products you use genuine?

Every medication, filler, anti-wrinkle product and medical supply is registered with the Thai FDA. We open the box and show you the lot number before every use, and you are welcome to photograph it.

Is the clinic licensed?

Yes. The clinic is licensed as a medical facility by the Department of Health Service Support, Ministry of Public Health, and the licence with the name of the facility operator is displayed at reception.

How can I verify the doctor?

Check the name and licence number on the Medical Council of Thailand website at tmc.or.th. Dr. Kate is Asst. Prof. Dr. Borisut Sanmano, licence No. 23173. We recommend doing this for every clinic you use.

Who do I contact if I have a side effect after treatment?

Contact us immediately via LINE or the clinic phone number during opening hours. Our team refers you to the doctor for assessment and arranges a visit at no charge. For urgent symptoms outside opening hours, go to the nearest hospital and then inform us.

Prices

When is the price confirmed?

The full price is given in writing before treatment, after the doctor's assessment. It includes the doctor's fee, medical supplies, medication and follow-up. There are no extra charges that were not explained in advance.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Major procedures such as hair transplants and surgery require a 5,000 THB deposit to secure the appointment, which is deducted from the fee on the day. Appointments can be rescheduled with advance notice under the conditions explained at booking. Routine procedures need no deposit.

Can I get a refund on a course I have bought?

Courses and packages are non-refundable once purchased, but remaining sessions can be transferred to another person under [clinic policy]. If the doctor assesses that treatment should not continue for medical reasons, each case is considered individually.

Are the prices on the website the actual prices?

The prices shown are starting prices for typical cases. The actual price depends on the area, the number of units and the plan the doctor assesses, and is always confirmed before treatment.

Do you have promotions?

From time to time. See the promotions page. Every offer states its period and conditions clearly, and the doctor must always assess that it is suitable for you first.

Aftercare

Do I need to come back for a check after treatment?

It depends on the procedure. Most lasers and injectables have a follow-up at 2–4 weeks. Hair transplants have a wound wash the next day and follow-ups at 1, 3 and 6 months. Surgery has suture removal and wound checks as the doctor sets. Follow-up visits carry no extra charge.

How do I get advice if something seems wrong?

Send photos and a description of your symptoms to the clinic's LINE account at any time during opening hours. Our team refers them to the doctor for assessment and arranges a visit when needed.

When can I wear make-up and exercise?

It depends on the procedure. Generally, after superficial lasers you can wear make-up the next day; after injectables avoid strenuous exercise and heat for 24–48 hours; resurfacing lasers and surgery have specific instructions that the doctor gives you in writing on the day.

Do I have to use the clinic's products after treatment?

No. The doctor tells you the properties required, such as SPF 50 sunscreen or a gentle moisturiser. You can use the clinic's products or any other brand with the same properties.
