Anti-aging programme: hormone and nutrient testing with an individual anti-aging plan
Life Code tests the real numbers of your body, covering hormones, vitamins and minerals, inflammatory markers and body composition, so that an ABAARM-certified doctor can plan care that fits you alone.
What anti-aging medicine is
Anti-aging medicine is preventive, health-promoting medicine. It looks for changes in the body before they become disease, such as hormones declining with age, vitamin deficiencies you are unaware of, or low-grade inflammation that accumulates over time, and corrects them through diet, sleep, exercise, supplements targeted to what is actually lacking, and hormone replacement in people with a clear indication. The aim is not to stop ageing, but to have the energy, skin and health appropriate to your age, with quality of life. Our Life Code programme therefore always starts with testing, never with selling supplements.
What Life Code tests
Hormones (hormone panel)
Thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, sex hormones (testosterone, oestrogen, progesterone), insulin and IGF-1 as appropriate
Vitamins and minerals
Vitamin D, B12, folate, iron and ferritin, zinc, magnesium, omega-3 and antioxidants
Inflammatory markers and vascular risk
hs-CRP, homocysteine, lipid profile, HbA1c, and liver and kidney function
Body composition
Muscle and fat proportions, visceral fat, body water and basal metabolic rate, measured with a body composition analyser
Optional extras
Heavy-metal levels, delayed food sensitivity or selected genetic tests, when the doctor considers them useful for planning
Annual health check package
For those who want a complete set of basic tests in one visit, with the doctor reading the results and giving individual advice
How the programme works
Approaches the doctor may recommend
| Finding | Approach | Follow-up |
|---|---|---|
| Low vitamin D, B12 or iron | Supplementation dosed to the level of deficiency, with dietary changes | Repeat test at 3 months |
| Age-related hormone decline with symptoms | Sleep and stress addressed first; bioidentical hormone replacement considered when indicated | Hormone and safety tests every 3–6 months |
| Raised inflammatory markers or lipids | Diet, exercise, omega-3, and referral to a physician if treatment thresholds are reached | Repeat test at 3–6 months |
| High visceral fat, low muscle mass | Weight-management programme, with Sculpt Shape or Cool Shape as appropriate | Monthly body composition measurement |
| Fatigue, slow recovery | Sleep care, with NAD+ IV or IV Vitamin considered as support | Symptom review at 4–8 weeks |
A frank word about hormone replacement
Hormone replacement is not something everyone needs. The doctor considers it only for people whose blood levels are genuinely low and who have symptoms affecting their life, such as insomnia, hot flushes, fatigue or loss of muscle mass. We use Thai FDA-registered hormones with the same structure as the body's own (bioidentical), start at a low dose and monitor safety at regular intervals. Anyone with a history of breast cancer, prostate cancer, blood clots or liver disease must tell the doctor, as most should not use hormone replacement.
The clinic does not provide stem cells, exosome injections or hormones for people without an indication, and does not use test results to sell unnecessary supplements. If an abnormality is found that needs treatment as a disease, the doctor refers you to a physician or the appropriate specialist

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to fast before the tests?
Most people are advised to avoid food and calorie-containing drinks for 8–12 hours. Plain water is fine. Blood is drawn in the morning because many hormones vary with the time of day. The doctor will explain the preparation for your specific tests.
Do I have to buy supplements from the clinic after testing?
No. The doctor specifies the type and dose that suit you, and you can buy them anywhere. What matters is choosing Thai FDA-registered products and bringing them to show the doctor at your follow-up.
Is hormone replacement dangerous?
It has both benefits and risks, depending on the type, dose, duration and each person's health. The doctor uses it only where indicated, starts at a low dose and monitors at regular intervals. Most people with a history of hormone-sensitive cancer or blood clots should not use it.
When will I notice results?
It depends on what is being corrected. Replacing a deficient vitamin is usually noticeable within 4–8 weeks. Adjusting hormones or body composition takes 3–6 months and needs repeat testing to confirm with numbers.
Do you offer genetic testing?
Some tests are available as optional extras. The doctor recommends them only when the result would genuinely change your care, not simply out of curiosity.
