Frequently Asked Questions

How do clinic treatments differ from those at a beauty salon?

At the clinic a doctor assesses your skin first and chooses the acid strength, devices and properly registered actives. If a condition that needs medical treatment is found, such as inflamed acne or melasma, the doctor can prescribe medication or a laser straight away.

How often should I have a treatment?

Generally every 1–2 weeks at first to address the concern, then once a month for maintenance, depending on your skin and the doctor's advice.

Can I have a treatment on the same day as a laser?

Often yes, for example LED or a mask after a laser. Exfoliation with acids or a diamond tip, however, should be at least 1 week apart from a laser. The doctor will sequence everything for you. Doctor consultation is free.
