EnerJet needle-free HA delivery to remodel skin, scars, keloids and stretch marks
EnerJet uses kinetic energy to propel concentrated hyaluronic acid through an opening smaller than a needle into the dermis, where it spreads laterally beneath the skin. Suited to scars, keloids, stretch marks, lines on the neck and the backs of the hands, and anyone who is afraid of needles.

What Jet Volumetric Remodeling is
EnerJet uses high pressure to propel a low-concentration HA solution, mixed as the doctor prescribes, through an opening of only about 200 microns. When the solution reaches the dermis it spreads laterally in a leaf-like pattern. This spreading pressure creates micro-spaces within fibrous tissue and stimulates new collagen, while the HA hydrates and provides a scaffold for cells. The principle differs from filler, which adds volume at specific points, and from a needle, where the solution pools at the tip. The procedure takes about 60 minutes.
Which concerns it suits
Acne scars and depressed scars
The pressure breaks up fibrous bands beneath the scar and HA raises the scar floor. Suited to rolling and boxcar scars
Keloids and raised scars
The doctor may add an anti-inflammatory medication to the solution so it spreads throughout the scar with less discomfort than needle injection
Stretch marks
White stretch marks on the abdomen, thighs and hips become smoother and more even in colour after several sessions
Neck, décolletage and backs of the hands
Thin, creased skin gains hydration and collagen stimulation without needle marks
Cheeks, outer eye corners and mildly drooping eyelids
Improves skin texture and firmness; not a volume replacement for filler
Anyone afraid of needles
No needle penetrates the skin; the sensation is like a rubber band snapping at each point

Recovery and results
Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) at the treatment points is common in darker skin and may last 2–6 months; bruising for about 10 days; temporary bumps; and, rarely, shallow scarring at the points or infection. Not suitable during pregnancy, with a skin infection or herpes outbreak in the area, while taking blood thinners, with an HA allergy, or with an uncontrolled tendency to keloids
Compared with other options
For acne scars, EnerJet is one of several approaches alongside fractional laser and subcision. The doctor chooses according to the scar type and skin tone. Keloids usually need several approaches combined and can recur. EnerJet does not make scars disappear completely, but it helps them become softer, flatter and closer in colour to normal skin.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does EnerJet hurt?
After topical anaesthetic, most people feel a strong rubber-band snap at each point, with a loud click. Bony areas and the backs of the hands feel it more than the cheeks.
How many sessions are needed?
Scars and stretch marks generally need 3–5 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart. Skin texture on the neck or backs of the hands needs 2–3 sessions, depending on individual response.
How long will my face stay red?
Redness and bumps for 1–3 days, bruising for up to 10 days and small brown dots for 1–2 weeks. If darkening occurs, it may last 2–6 months.
Can EnerJet replace filler?
No. EnerJet uses low-concentration HA to remodel the skin, not to add volume. If you want to fill a fold or reshape the face, filler is still needed.
