Perfect Bright Dual Yellow 578/511 nm laser for redness, acne marks and brighter skin
A laser that delivers two wavelengths from a single device: yellow 578 nm for broken capillaries and redness, and green 511 nm for superficial pigment. No numbing cream and no scabbing.
How Perfect Bright works
Perfect Bright is a Dual Yellow laser from Australia that produces two kinds of light. The first is a yellow 578 nm laser, which sits in the range where haemoglobin absorbs light most strongly, so the energy goes to the capillaries beneath the skin and fades redness without damaging the surface or causing the bruising seen with older vascular lasers. The second is a green 511 nm laser, which melanin absorbs well, so it is used for freckles and superficial dark marks. Both are fired in short MicroPulse bursts that spread heat in a controlled way and stimulate collagen in the dermis at the same time. The doctor chooses single or combined mode according to each person's concern.
Which concerns it suits
Red acne marks, easily flushed skin
Post-acne redness and skin that flushes easily from dilated capillaries respond well
Broken capillaries, cherry angiomas, red birthmarks
Capillaries beside the nose and on the cheeks, red spots (cherry angiomas) and some types of red birthmark
Superficial freckles and dark marks
Sun freckles and post-acne dark marks in the epidermis, using the 511 nm light
Dull, uneven skin tone
A brighter, more even complexion from reducing both redness and pigment
Melasma with a vascular component
Reducing the vessels beneath melasma makes it easier to control alongside topical treatment
Fine lines and pores
The collagen-stimulating effect gives a slight firming benefit as a secondary result

Frequently Asked Questions
How is Perfect Bright different from IPL?
IPL is broad-spectrum light covering many wavelengths, whereas Perfect Bright is a laser with specific wavelengths of 578 and 511 nm. Its energy therefore hits its target more precisely and it performs better on darker skin.
Does it hurt? Do I need numbing cream?
No numbing cream is needed. It feels like the light flick of a small elastic band together with warmth, and most people find it quite comfortable.
Will I see results after the first session?
Redness usually fades noticeably after the first session. Pigment and overall skin tone generally need 3–5 sessions. Results vary from person to person and depend on sun protection.
Can it be combined with botulinum toxin or filler?
Yes. Usually the laser is done first and the injections on the same day, or they are spaced 1–2 weeks apart. The doctor will sequence them for you.
