Cosmetic surgery by our surgical team, in a licensed medical facility
Rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, double eyelid surgery, breast augmentation, liposuction and fat transfer, performed by our surgical team. Dr. Kate assesses you, plans the procedure with you and follows your recovery until the wounds have healed.

How surgery works at Pure & Bright
Every case begins with a face-to-face consultation with the doctor; no operation is scheduled on the basis of a chat conversation alone. Dr. Kate assesses your facial structure or body shape, listens to what you want, explains both surgical and non-surgical options and then refers you to the surgical team for the operation. Small to medium procedures, such as the nose, chin, eyes, dimples, lips and ears, are performed at the clinic under local anaesthetic with sedation or sleep medication as appropriate. Breast augmentation and large-volume liposuction are performed in the operating room of a partner hospital, with an anaesthetist managing the general anaesthetic.

What happens at your consultation
Are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a bleeding disorder or take anticoagulants, have uncontrolled diabetes, have unstable heart disease or blood pressure, form keloids easily, smoke heavily, or hope to look like a photograph of someone else, since everyone's structure is different. The doctor may advise postponing or choosing a more suitable approach.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who performs the surgery?
Surgeons who work with the clinic. Dr. Kate carries out the initial assessment, coordinates the treatment plan and manages your post-operative care. Before the day of surgery you will meet and talk directly with the surgeon performing your procedure.
Will I need a general anaesthetic?
It depends on the procedure. The nose, chin, eyes, dimples, lips and ears are mostly done under local anaesthetic with sedation. Breast augmentation and large-volume liposuction require a general anaesthetic at a partner hospital with an anaesthetist.
Can I book surgery online?
Not yet. We always need to examine your actual anatomy and review blood results first. You can ask for preliminary information online, then book a free consultation with the doctor at the clinic near MRT Sutthisan.
