Dermatologist-led laser and skin treatment for melasma, freckles, acne, acne scars, hair removal and moles
Every programme starts with a skin examination by a dermatologist, who then chooses the laser or treatment that matches your concern and skin tone, rather than selling you a course first and finding the reason afterwards.
Why treat your skin with a dermatologist
Two dark spots that look alike may be a superficial freckle that clears in a single session, melasma that needs long-term care, or a skin growth that should be excised and sent for histology. Dr. Kate, Asst. Prof. Dr. Borisut Sanmano, is a dermatologist who has cared for patients for more than 20 years, so every case begins with a diagnosis. She then chooses from the clinic's range of wavelengths: Dual Yellow 578/511 nm for redness and superficial pigment, picosecond lasers for deep pigment and tattoos, carbon laser for pores and acne, fractional laser for acne scars, and laser hair removal. And she will tell you plainly when a problem needs medication or time rather than a laser.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can lasers be used on darker skin?
Yes, for almost every type, but the energy must be set appropriately and some devices need a wavelength that is gentle on skin pigment, such as 1064 nm for hair removal. The doctor always performs a small test spot first on darker skin.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the concern. Superficial freckles or skin tags usually clear in 1–2 sessions, redness and pores take 3–5, acne scars 4–6 and hair removal 6–8, while melasma needs continuous care over months. The doctor gives you an estimate after the examination.
Will I need time off work after a laser?
Usually not. Perfect Bright, carbon laser and hair removal leave only a few hours of redness. Pigment lasers form small scabs for 5–7 days, and fractional laser causes redness and light peeling for 3–7 days, which can be covered with make-up after 24–48 hours.
