Founded by Dr. Kate, Asst. Prof. Dr. Borisut Sanmano, and open since 2010 at a single location near MRT Sutthisan, caring for skin, face, hair, body, surgery and health from within, to the same standard in every case.
Our story
Pure & Bright Clinic began in 2010 from the conviction of Dr. Kate, a dermatologist who completed a dermatology fellowship and a PhD in skin tissue engineering at Juntendo University, Tokyo, and who is certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM), that a good aesthetic clinic should care for patients as a whole, both what is visible on the outside and the health that lies within. From a small dermatology laser clinic on Sutthisan Winitchai Road, we gradually added the services our patients genuinely needed: injectables, lifting, hair transplants, body contouring, surgery by a surgical team and anti-aging medicine, becoming a one-stop clinic that still has a single location, so the doctor can personally oversee every case closely.
Our philosophy: care as we would for family
We believe good advice is the advice we would give our own family. We do not recommend anything unnecessary, we always explain the limitations and risks first, and we are glad when you decide not to proceed if you are not ready. Dr. Kate has more than 20 years of experience and more than 1,000 hair transplant cases, but what patients remember more than the numbers is the doctor sitting down to explain until they understand, and calling personally the next day to check on them.

Every medication, filler, anti-wrinkle product and medical supply is genuine and registered in Thailand
Boxes opened and lot numbers shown in front of you
You see the box, lot number and expiry date before every use, and you are welcome to photograph them
Sterile and single-use
Needles, injection tips and anything that touches the body are single-use. Surgical instruments are sterilised to recognised standards
Explanation and consent before treatment
The doctor explains the procedure, expected results, risks and alternatives, and you sign consent only once you fully understand
Next-day follow-up
Our team contacts you the day after a procedure to check on you, and schedules follow-up visits as planned, at no extra charge
The patient journey
International patients
Dr. Kate communicates in Thai, English and Japanese. For patients who speak Chinese or Korean, we provide an interpreter or translation chat, with advance booking so the interpreter is ready. Treatment documents, medical certificates and receipts can be issued in English on request. For those travelling for a hair transplant or surgery, our team helps plan how many days to stay in Bangkok and schedules a follow-up before you fly home.
Location, parking and privacy
The clinic is at 283/1 Sutthisan Winitchai Road, Huai Khwang, a few minutes' walk from MRT Sutthisan, with parking in front of the clinic and nearby. Every examination and treatment room is private. Your health information and photographs are kept confidential under the PDPA and are never published without your written consent.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Borisut Sanmano, Thai Medical Licence No. 23173, and Dr. Prapa Wichai. Licence status can be checked on the Medical Council of Thailand website at tmc.or.th. The clinic is licensed as a medical facility by the Department of Health Service Support, and the licence is displayed at reception
Frequently Asked Questions
How many branches do you have?
One, at Sutthisan. We intend to keep it that way so the doctor can personally oversee every case. If you come across a clinic with a similar name elsewhere, it is not a branch of ours.
Who performs the procedures?
Procedures that require a doctor are performed by Dr. Kate or Dr. Prapa. Surgery is performed by the surgical team that works with the clinic. Facial treatments and aftercare are carried out by trained nurses and assistants under the doctor's supervision.
Does the clinic still offer dental services?
No longer. The clinic now provides only skin, laser, injectable, lifting, hair, body, cosmetic surgery and anti-aging medicine services.
Where can I see reviews or before-and-after photos?
We show before-and-after photos only for cases where the patient has given written consent. The doctor will show you relevant examples in the consultation room, matched to concerns similar to yours.
